I spotted an error in an event
This is the message most useful to us. Changed dates, stale prices, cancellations, the wrong venue, or a description that does not match.
Every event listing has a "Report incorrect information" link that opens an email with the event already identified. If you would rather write directly, send us the page link and what looked wrong.
Corrections are reviewed and applied by hand.
I organise events and want to be listed
Gladly. Inclusion in the guide is free and we never charge for it.
Send us a link to your programme — your venue's listings page, your public calendar, or the portal where you sell tickets — and we will add it to the sources we check regularly. We prefer a stable source we can follow each season over a one-off submission.
If the event is a one-off and you have no website, send us the title, date, time, venue, price and a description.
I want content removed
If you hold the rights to an image, a text or an event and want it removed or amended, write to us with the specific link and the reason. We handle these promptly and without argument.
Press, partnerships and advertising
For media enquiries, editorial partnerships, or information about advertising on the site, write to info@kulturoteka.app with "Press" or "Advertising" in the subject line.
Privacy and data
To exercise your rights over personal data, unsubscribe from the newsletter, or raise any privacy question, write to the same address. You can also consult the legal notice and cookie settings in the site footer.
